I found it mostly difficult to paleo-ize breakfast. There are only so many times times that I can eat eggs before I want to vom. I was a huge cereal eater, so I did the American thing and googled my paleo options. Paleo is grain free, so all you really have to do if gather your favorite nuts, throw them in a food processor to chop them, add some sunflower seeds, honey, and coconut oil. Spread this out in a pan, bake until golden brown, and presto, you have cereal.
Now I added some blueberries for sweetness and obviously used almond milk.
Make this the night before in bulk and it's quick and easy for those that don't want to slave over breakfast each morning.
